Shipping and Inventory Information
Plumbing Warehouse Bath and Kitchen Centre (Plumbing Warehouse) calculates shipping costs based on the dimensions, weight, delivery destination and shipping method of an order.
Standard Ground Service
Most small-to-medium sized orders will ship with a standard ground service. Plumbing Warehouse will email a tracking number shortly after your order is picked up for delivery. Standard ground service shipments within North America will generally arrive to a customer in two (2) to five (5) business days from the time the order is picked up by the courier. Most ground services will generally require a signature of receipt unless otherwise noted by the courier service.
Expedited Shipping Services
Some orders may be eligible for expedited delivery upon request. Expedited orders could arrive in one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of shipment. If you require your order to be expedited, please contact customer service by email or by phone at 1-888-840-6604 to discuss availability and additional shipping costs for this service.
Larger items, fragile or multi-piece orders may require shipping via transport freight. Orders shipped by transport are only delivered to curbside or into a driveway. Transport freight orders require a responsible person to be available to accept and inspect the delivery. Most carriers will be able to contact you to set up an approximate delivery time once the order is within the destination city. Customers that are not able to make arrangements to receive transported freight items in a timely manner may be subject to additional charges such as storage fees, additional freight charges, or missed delivery charges.
Customers who would like to arrange their own shipping method must make arrangements with customer service by email or by phone at 1-888-840-6604. Customers may also choose to pick-up orders from our warehouse if they pre-arrange with customer service. Our pick up location is at the address below:

In order to reduce shipping costs, orders containing multiple items may be held until all items are available. A Plumbing Warehouse customer service representative will contact you to review shipping options and freight costs and to determine if you prefer to have your order grouped together or shipped as items become available.
Plumbing Warehouse strives to provide its customers with the most accurate information for expected shipping times of orders. Plumbing Warehouse acts diligently to have orders delivered to customers within the estimated time frame. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Plumbing Warehouse is not responsible for any costs associated with delay in delivery times.
Purchasing from Outside of Canada
Customers purchasing items from Plumbing Warehouse outside of Canada may be subjected to additional taxes, duties, customs, or brokerage costs. These costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Please contact our customer service if you would like to obtain a quote for these costs before making a purchase.

The time frame for availability of Special Order will vary. Customers placing an order for a special order item will be required to approve the details of the order and the terms and conditions of special order items. Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned without prior written agreement. We recommend ordering Special Order items well in advance to avoid project delays. Plumbing Warehouse is not liable for any costs associated with shipment delays.
Damages and Defects
The customer should conduct a detailed inspection of all orders upon delivery to the customer. If the packaging of the goods received appears to be compromised, this should be noted on the delivery slip. If a product arrives damaged, note this on your delivery slip. If the product is damaged upon delivery, contact Plumbing Warehouse’s customer service at 1-888-840-6604 for assistance in resolving the issue and for further instruction. Customers must report damages noticed at delivery within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of delivery. Plumbing Warehouse is not responsible for any consumer costs for delays or inconvenience because of goods arriving damaged.
If a defect is found in a product after the delivery inspection time frame or after installation, please contact Plumbing Warehouse’s customer service and an agent will help resolve the issue according to the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Plumbing Warehouse is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage, loss of time, or costs of labour or material associated with a defect.
